The Charter Township of Mundy Clerk's Office is responsible for keeping and maintaining all of the official records, this includes maintaining the records of the ordinances, resolutions, contracts and correspondences. The Clerk is a voting member of the Board of Trustees, and prepares and maintains the minutes and agendas. All of the aspects of elections in The Charter Township of Mundy are also handled by this office, which includes conducting voter registrations, maintaining the Michigan Qualified Voter File, issuing absentee ballots and providing other voter assistance as necessary.
Other responsibilities of the Clerk include, FOIA Policy Coordinator, overseeing the Township cemeteries, and providing general information to Township residents.
