All requests for a building permit shall be accompanied by two sets of plans.
One and Two family plans will be reviewed as a part of the permit fee, up to a cost of $100,000.00. One and Two family structures over $100,000.00 shall be reviewed at the rate of 10% of the building permit fee.
Multiple dwellings and commercial structures shall be reviewed at a rate of 10% of the building permit fee plus $20.00.
If it is the opinion of the Code Official that plans need to be reviewed by an outside professional additional fees, of 5%, of the building permit cost and hourly administration fees will apply. Fees will double if work begins prior to issuance of a building permit. (Penalty not to exceed $100.00)
